What are Plan Event Agent credits? A monthly allowance for Plan Event Agent actions, receipt parsing, and generated vision concepts. Pro includes 5,000 credits/month. Balance in Settings → Billing.
Is there a free trial? Yes. You get 14 days with 500 trial credits. No credit card required — and we never charge you automatically. The 7-day money-back guarantee still applies if you subscribe afterward.
How do I cancel? Open Settings → Billing → Manage subscription (Stripe Customer Portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current period.
Sign-in & account
How do I sign in? We use email codes. Enter your email on the sign-in page and enter the one-time code on the same device.
Where do I manage billing? Signed-in users can open Settings → Billing to manage payment methods or open the Stripe customer portal.
Data & privacy
How do I export or delete my data? Signed-in users can request a data export or schedule account deletion from Settings. See also our Privacy Policy for how we process information.
Using the product
What is Plan Event for?It's a workspace for party decorators and event stylists. Start from the client's inquiry, then build the job — quote, decor list, crew tasks, schedule, and costs — manually or with the Plan Event Agent.
What does the Plan Event Agent do? It can help structure client details into event sections like quotes, item lists, crew tasks, schedules, expenses, and vision concepts. When it proposes changes, you review them before they are saved.
Can I use Plan Event without the agent? Yes. You can enter and edit everything manually. The agent is there to speed up setup and cleanup, not replace your judgment.
What if something breaks? Refresh the page. If it still fails, contact support with what you were doing, roughly when it happened, and any event or page name that helps us investigate.
Are features stable? The core workflows are stable. We ship improvements continuously and avoid disruptive changes where we can.
